NBB is the trading name of NBB National Business Brokers AB, a company registered in Sweden. NBB hereby authorises the user of its website to view materials published by NBB on it solely for evaluation, whether as a private individual, or on behalf of a company, he is interested in receiving further information on any given notice placed on the website, or if he is interested in placing a notice of his own. No other use of the information is authorised. In consideration of this authorisation, the user agrees that any copy of the website material the ser might want to copy, shall retain all copyright and other proprietary notices in the same form and manner as on the original. All notices and other information placed on the site is published by NBB without warranty or conditions of any kind, either expressed or implied. NBB does not act as principal or agent for either the buyer or seller of any business. If you are a seller of a business NBB will only include your notice, in respect of the text of the notice drafted by us at your request, on the NBB Network website according to your instructions as received by NBB. If you have drafted the notice, we reserve the right to edit your notice before placing it on the NBB Network and website. Your details and information you provide to NBB you warrant as true and hold us harmless in respect of such information that is found not to be true, fair or accurate. Where you have placed a notice of your sellable business on the NBB Network website, and that results in a third party expressing interest in acquiring the business or receiving further information about the business, you should make your own enquiries as to the bona fides of the potential purchaser. In passing to you any contact details about such third parties, NBB does not make any representation or warranty as to the credit worthiness of such individuals or their bona fides, unless we have been ordered to do so.

We include the text of notices of sellable businesses placed by owners or their agents, if you are a user of the NBB Network Website. We also include notices of business wanted from potential purchasers. We do not warrant the accuracy of information included in the text or other content of any notice. Sellers should at all times verify the bona fides of potential buyers, and potential buyers should verify the accuracy of any information given in a notice of sellable businesses (or pursuant to a request for further information). If you are interested in receiving more information in respect of any current notice, you will first be required to observe our confidentiality agreement, the details, terms and conditions of which can be seen on the website (download area, confidentiality).

The material and layout of this website is protected by copyright and database rights. Except as necessary for the viewing by the visitor permitted herein, neither the whole nor any part of the contents or layouts of this website may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording or by electronic or digital transmission, without the prior written permission of NBB.

NBB will not pass on any personal information on visitors to its website to any third party without the consent of the individual site visitor, although NBB may pass on information relating to its visitors to other members of the organisation and the NBB Network internally, solely to promote the users project.
